Directions

  3. Add eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract. The dough should be thick and smooth.

Step 2: Heat the Oil

  1. Pour oil into a deep pan or pot, heating to 350°F (175°C).

Step 3: Fry the Churro Poppers

  1. Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip (or use a spoon for round poppers).
  2. Pipe or scoop small dough balls directly into the hot oil.
  3. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Step 4: Coat with Cinnamon Sugar

  1. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Roll warm churro poppers in the mixture until fully coated.
