Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 package frozen potstickers (approximately 12 pieces) Ensure they are halal
  • 2 servings noodles (e.g., egg noodles, rice noodles, or udon) Any quick-cooking noodle of your choice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas, or your choice) Use any preferred vegetables
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce Ensure it's halal-certified
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Method

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook according to the package instructions, typically 5-7 minutes. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. While the noodles are cooking, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add frozen potstickers without defrosting them first. Cook for about 5-6 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they are golden and crispy.
  3. Add minced garlic and mixed vegetables to the skillet with the potstickers. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until veggies are tender but still vibrant in color.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring well to coat the potstickers and veggies evenly.
  5. Finally, add the drained noodles to the skillet. Toss everything together for an additional minute, allowing the flavors to blend while ensuring the noodles are heated through.
  6. Transfer your delicious 20-Minute Potsticker Noodle Bowls into serving bowls and enjoy!

Notes

If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 2-3 days. Reheat in a skillet with a splash of water to maintain texture. Freezing is also an option, but freeze components separately for best results.
